Workshop Capacity

Capacity of our NSW workshop, located in St Mary’s.

 

Fabrication capacities:

  • 2400 square metre floor space
  • 3 x 10 tonne overhead crane
  • 1 x 5 tonne overhead crane
  • 10 fabrication bays
  • MIG and submerged arc welding positioners – up to 5 tonnes

 

Machining capacities:

  • Turning up to 1500mm diameter to 7500 mm diameter between centres
  • Milling up to 2500mm travel
  • Vertical boring up to 2500mm diameter

 

Material process:

  • Cropping
  • Punching
  • Pressing
  • Flat and section rolling

 

Abrasive blasting and painting:

  • Blast bay 18m x 6m Floor x 6m roof height
  • Paint bay 18m x 6m Floor x 6m roof height
